At Mirus, we hold the value of kindness in high regard and have a strong devotion to our team. There’s no better example of this than the challenges the Covid-19 pandemic brought and how we took care of our people. While all salons were forced to close during the onset of the pandemic, we ensured that our entire team and their families were still supported by continuing to provide full pay to all staff (including what they had been receiving in tips and commissions) while we were closed. Do you know of another company that provided pay for its entire staff during the shutdown? We are incredibly thankful to have the loyalty of a great team who help us manage our growing customer demand each and every day and we remain committed and loyal to them as well.

We have been in business for over 26 years and employ over 150 managers, stylists and staff. Mirus salons have a strong base of customer loyalty which guarantees our team great earning potential no matter which city you work in where we do business. As the largest Great Clips franchise in Virginia, we also have the most resources available to provide our teams for their development and success.
